• Strength Training – Her strength training included working with machines, bench exercise, weights, pulleys, elastic tubing, a balancing board, and a large inflated ball. Jim alternated her work out between her upper body and lower body each day. She used to do 10 exercises per session with 8 to 15 repetitions of each and maintained a heart rate between 120 and 130.
