1. He started taking music lessons at the age of 6.
2. As a kid, his parents noticed his inclination toward drama and acting. He used to mimic his teachers, friends, and neighbors for fun.
3. Karamjit released his debut album, Aashiq Bhaji (1995) when he was in the 12th standard of the school.
4. Karamjit is well-known for his soulful voice and released 16 albums between 1995 and 2014.
5. During his time at university, he was good friends with a fellow singer Preet Harpal and politician Bhagwant Mann.
6. An actor he bonded on set with the most is Binnu Dhillon.
