Brooke Adams is an American model, professional wrestler, and real estate agent who is best known for winning 3 Knockouts Championships and one Knockouts Tag Team Championship in the American professional wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). She had also, from 2006 to 2007, worked with the dance troupe Extreme Exposé in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)’s ECW brand. Before joining the WWE in 2006, she used to participate in several beauty contests and bikini pageants. After getting released from WWE in 2007 and before joining TNA in 2010, she had continued competing in pageants and had also led a successful career in fitness modeling. In 2012, the renowned Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) magazine had listed her at number 7 in the ‘PWI Female 50′, its annual list of the best female professional wrestlers.

1. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Brooke had moved to Houston, Texas, with her mother and twin sister, when she was 7 years old. The family’s financial condition was unstable and the trio would live for days on end in a hatchback until they secured enough funds to afford a small apartment.
2. Her troubles, early in life, were not just limited to finances either. She had also battled cancer for years, as a child and teenager.
3. In her school days, her athletic inclination was visible very early and she used to compete in several sports including basketball, volleyball, track-and-field, and rugby.
4. In the early 2000s, she used to compete in bikini pageants such as Miss Hawaiian Tropic, and Miss Swimsuit USA. However, it was her agent who had advised her that she was too ripped to continue doing that. He had explained to her that she would be better off focusing her energies towards becoming either a ramp or fitness model or gain more weight and pursue a career in wrestling or professional bodybuilding.
5. In 2014, she had competed in the 25th season of the adventure reality game show The Amazing Race, with fellow TNA wrestler Robert Strauss aka Robbie E. They had ended up 4th overall.
