She has starred in several other TV shows like The O.C. and in numerous films including The Lodger (2009).

2. Daphne made her acting debut when she was 6 years old, gaining her early experience on stage in the Los Angeles area. She had appeared in several productions including Burlesque … The Way You Like It (1982), Come Blow Your Horn (1983), and The Coming of Stork (1984).
3. Daphne appeared in the films The Lodger and Supreme Courtships (2007) as well as the TV show Law & Order: LA (2010) that also starred Alfred Molina, though they did not have a scene together.
4. She is an accomplished singer having released her 1st music CD titled Grace Notes on Dharmapala Records on Dec. 10, 2010, that had comprised of a collection of mostly cover tunes in the “Americana” style along with elements of pop and jazz. The work had also featured her daughter on the vocals. It was chosen for the 2010 Grammy nomination ballot.
5. She published her autobiography named Dead Woman Laughing in 2012 and toured with the book in the following year.
