Darrin is best known for playing drums in punk rock bands such as The Salads starting in 1993, Goldfinger between 1994 and 2016, and as a fill-in for Sum 41. He also co-hosted a radio show, The Dangerous Darrin Show on Idobi Radio Network starting in 2015.

Darrin Pfeiffer Facts

1. He started his music career in the mid-1980s.
2. As a teenager, he was part of a thrash/death metal band Beyond Death. Alex Webster and Jack Owen, his bandmates, went on to establish a well-known death metal band Cannibal Corpse in 1988, which lead to Beyond Death‘s disbandment.
3. Darrin and his ex-wife Vicky founded a record label, High 4 Records, in late 2005. They signed bands such as Crush Luther and Cauterize.
4. Darrin stated that Wayne Gretzky would be the only man he would ever sleep with after he witnessed Wayne’s team, The Los Angeles Kings, win the 2014 Stanley Cup. He also released a punk song titled The Only Man I’d Have S*x With (Wayne Gretzky Song).
5. Darrin brought a life-sized cardboard cutout of Wayne and performed an acoustic love song to it during one of Goldfinger sets.
6. Darrin launched his 2nd record label, Chart Attack Records, in early 2016.
