1. She was raised in Moscow alongside her 5 older siblings.
2. Eteri’s mother worked as a senior engineer at the Ministry of Agricultural Construction, whereas her father was an employee at the Likhachev plant’s foundry and also drove a taxi.
3. She was only 4 and a half years old when she started skating.
4. Eteri resided in the United States for 6 years and lived in various cities including Oklahoma City, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, and San Antonio.
5. Eteri announced her retirement in the year 1992.
6. She started her career as a skating coach in San Antonio, Texas but later relocated back to Moscow where, as of 2020, she worked with Sambo 70 (SDUSSHOR 37) skating club.
