1. She was raised in South Korea.
2. At the start of her career, J.Fla had been writing songs for various artists including Yuna Ito. She and Yuna Ito met one another for the first time at Sony Music Publishing in Japan.
3. The first video that she uploaded to her official YouTube channel was of ‘s song Halo August 2011.
4. J.Fla started her career as a professional music artist after signing with Sony Music Publishing. Later, she signed with Ostereo Records and ever since then J.Fla’s fan following on social media began to increase at an incredible pace.
5. On August 22, 2011, J.Fla started her YouTube channel title JFlaMusic to which she uploaded music cover videos of various notable international artists such as , , and . Besides that, she also uploads vlogs and her very own official music video releases.
