As per an interview in 2016, Kirsty revealed that she is a morning person and likes to work out only in the morning and for 3 times a week focusing mainly on resistance and weight workout. Her included a normal warm-up session after which she did a number of press-ups and squats. She tried to work on all of the muscle groups.
