1. He was raised in Birmingham.
2. Martyn’s first love was cricket. He was 12 years old when he started playing the sport for the “Warwickshire County Cricket Club” and represented England in various training camps. However, he had suffered from an injury that put an end to his dreams of becoming a professional cricketer.
3. After having recovered from his injury, Martyn found comfort in various other sports such as Mui Tai, judo, rugby, football, and rowing.
4. It was not until he was in his early ’20s that he started to develop a passion for weight training.
5. Martyn made his first TV show appearance as Goliath in Of Kings and Prophets in 2016. The same year, he also appeared in a cameo as an opponent of English actor in the film Boyka: Undisputed.
