- Wednesday – On Wednesday, he used to work on his legs and abs. He did 4 sets of exercises for legs with 10-12 reps each and another 3 sets of exercises for his calves with the same number of reps. It was followed by 3 sets of abs exercises with 25 reps each. As for the cardio, Morris did 12 x 100 meters run on the treadmill.
- Thursday – Thursdays were meant for shoulders and back. He usually performed 4 different sets of exercises for shoulders with 10-12 reps each and another 4 sets of exercises for his back, also with 10-12 reps each. It was followed by 45 minutes of cardio which included 15 minutes of walk /warm-up followed by alternate 30 seconds walk and 30 seconds run which continued for a total of 30 minutes.
- Friday – It was dedicated to abs. He usually did 3 sets of exercises for abs with 25 reps each which were followed by 12 x 100 meters run on the treadmill.
- Saturday and Sunday – The last 2 days were saved to give rest to the muscles.
As for his diet, Morris maintained a disciplined high-protein diet along with a macronutrient ratio of 50 to 55 percent protein, 35 percent carbohydrates, and 15 percent fat.
