Starring in the lead role of Gordon Brody in the black comedy that he directed and co-wrote called Freddy Got Fingered (2001). Although the film was brutally criticized by most critics upon release and won 5 Golden Raspberry Awards including “Worst Actor”, “Director”, and “Screenplay”, it eventually became a financial success through DVD rentals and sales.

  1. His maternal and paternal grandfathers served in the Canadian Army overseas during World War II in France, Belgium, Holland, England, Germany, and Italy.
