- She started playing tennis at the age of 4.
- Her brother inspired her to play tennis.
- She became a member of Tennis Canada’s National Training Centre situated in Montreal, Canada in 2013.
- In October 2013, she achieved her first junior title in doubles at the G5 in Burlington. She then made her professional debut a week later at the ITF 50K held in Toronto during which she was defeated in the qualifying 2nd round in singles and the quarterfinals in doubles.
- In December 2013, Robillard-Millette won the Orange Bow under the U16 category with a three-set win against Alexis Nelson in the final.
- She brought home her first junior singles title victory after she defeated Júlia Payola at the G4 in Budapest in May 2014. In August 2014, at the ITF $25,000 in Winnipeg, she reached the quarterfinals in singles and doubles. She then won her 2nd junior doubles title in October 2014 at the GB1 in Tulsa. Around the same time, she made it to the quarterfinals of the doubles event at the 50K in Saguenay.
- At the junior Australian Open in January 2015, which also turned out to be her first Grand Slam, she reached the quarterfinals in singles during which she was conquered by eventual winner Tereza Mihalíková.
- In February 2015, she was chosen to represent Canada in the World Group first-round tie in a match against the Czech Republic. In April 2015, she had multiple wins with a back-to-back ITF junior singles titles victory both at the G2 in Istres and at the G1 in Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
- At the ITF 50K in Granby in July 2015, she scored an upset after defeating world no. 224 Amandine Hesse to make it to the quarterfinals. However, she was defeated by world champ no. 194 Stéphanie Foretz during the next round.
- In October 2015 at the 50K Challenger Banque Nationale de Saguenay, she added her biggest win in her career history after defeating world no. 176 Shahar Pe’er in the 2nd round. However, she lost the match to Maria Sanchez in the quarterfinals.

- In July 2016 at the ITF 25K in Winnipeg, she reached the first professional doubles final of her career with compatriot Marie-Alexandre Leduc. They lost to Francesca Di Lorenzo and Ronit Yurovsky. In August 2016, she captured her first professional doubles title with fellow Canadian in Gatineau.
- In January 2017, Robillard-Millette was selected to represent Canada at the Fed Cup Americas Zone Group with Bianca Andreescu, , and . She helped Canada reach the World Group II playoffs with a 3-1 overall record.
- She qualified for her first WTA tournament in September 2017 at the Coupe Banque National during which she defeated Camilla Rosatello and Conny Perrin, who were both part of the top 250 players.
