  2. Tony Kusian – Crystal was dating a guy named Tony Kusian while she was competing on American Idol season 9 in 2010. In an interview with TV show host and radio personality , Crystal stated that Tony was finding it difficult to cope up with the celebrity kind of lifestyle that she had attained as he was from a small town and wanted to keep things low key.
  3. Brian L. Walker (2010-2013) – Crystal and musician Brian L. Walker met one another for the first time in 2005 at the Uncommon Ground Café situated in Chicago, where she would often do Open Mic’s.   2. Crystal was 2 years old when her parents Kelly and William legally parted ways from one another.
  3. Doctors had diagnosed her with “Type 1 Diabetes” when she was just 6 years old. However, this never stopped her from following her passion for music. She also pledged her dedication to spreading a helping hand to those who suffered from it at the end of the reality show American Idol season 9.
