Felicity Huffman is an American actress, director, producer, and author, best known for the role of Lynette Scavo on the ABC TV series Desperate Housewives for 8 seasons from 2004 to 2012, alongside and . They met at the Atlantic Theatre Company in New York, where William was a drama teacher.
