Kelly Kelly Facts

1. She had a background in cheerleading and gymnastics. Kelly Kelly participated in gymnastics for 10 years and was only forced to quit due to an injury.
2. Despite having no wrestling experience, she was still offered a contract by WWE which she officially signed in May 2006.
3. During her early years with WWE, she first worked as a referee, transitioned into a ring announcer, and then as a professional wrestler.
4. She was debuted for the ECW brand as Kelly Kelly and was originally planned to be named “Kelly”, but it was expanded to “Kelly Kelly” by WWE CEO . She made her ECW in-ring debut as part of a six-person mixed tag team match where she, Mike Knox, and Test lost to Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, and Torrie Wilson.
5. On June 13, 2006, she made her debut on the first episode of the weekly TV program, making her the youngest Diva on the WWE roster at the time, during which she was only 19 years old.
6. Her first character as an exhibitionist was introduced in a striptease performance for the audiences.
7. In July 2008, she was moved to the Raw brand and debuted by teaming up with against Layla and Jillian Hall.
