1. After her birth, she spent some of her childhood years growing up in South Korea.
2. Her parents are divorced.
3. It was in 2012 that she started her drag journey in Chicago as Kim Chi.
4. With her appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race, she became the first Korean-American participant on the show.
5. Kim Chi released her song, Single, in 2016.
6. In the year 2016, she competed on season 8 of RuPaul’s Drag Race and her fellow contestants included , , Cynthia Lee Fontaine, , and others. She finished as a runner-up, alongside Naomi Smalls, for the season.
