1. His birth mother suffered from heroin addiction and abandoned him at just 2 days old after learning that he had a liver condition.
2. As Vietnam’s adoption rules do not support unmarried couples for co-adoption, Brad and Angelina had to file for adoption separately. Jolie adopted him on March 15, 2007, and Pitt became his legal father on February 21, 2008.
