Her workout regime usually consists of intense- training that includes constant movement while doing knee-ups, punches, and jump squats.

Ritika enjoys eating seafood. However, her staple diet at home is mostly dal and rice. When she’s training, her diet mostly consists of food that does not contain much spices and oil.

Nevertheless, when she is not working out, Ritika enjoys eating food from restaurants as well as junk food. She also loves eating chocolate but she prefers to consume them in moderation.

1. She was raised alongside her younger brother and sister in Mumbai.
2. Ritika started her kickboxing training under the careful guidance of her father Mohan when she was 3 years old. She made her professional fight debut at the 2009 Asian Indoor Games as a kickboxer under the 52 kg category. Later, she went on to take part in the fight at the mixed martial arts tournament of Super Fight League.
3. She had initially made her first film appearance as a child artiste when she was 8 years old as the daughter of Tarzan in Tarzan Ki Beti. The film was a sequel of the 1985 film Adventures of Tarzan.
4. Ritika was spotted by director Sudha Kongara Prasad in an advertisement for the Super Fight League. Later, Sudha had contacted Raj Kundra, the chairman of the competition to get in touch with her.
5. Ritika was given the part of Ezhil Madhi in the film Irudhi Suttru (2016), as the creators required someone who was a professionally trained fighter.
