Ben Barnicoat Facts

1. He started karting at the age of 9, at the Cadet level. He moved to Junior Karting in 2009 and to Senior Karting in 2012.
2. Ben was very passionate about kayaking in 2012.
3. A 4-time Formula One World Champion, , signed one of his winning trophies in 2012.
4. Ben was a member of the McLaren Young Driver Development program between 2010 and 2015.
5. He started flying at the age of 15 and estimated he made between 65 and 70 flights a year starting at the age of 18. In his estimation, he has flown 1 million air miles between the ages of 15 and 23.

7. Ben made his debut in single-seaters in 2013. This was made possible by the Racing Steps Foundation, an organization that financed his career endeavors.
