Ann started co-hosting the CBS Daytime talk show by the title The Talk. In January 2019 she officially replaced Julie Chen who was the official host of the show. She has since been the moderator and the official host of the show. In other ventures, she is the founder and the president of a video production company by the name of EnterMediArts, Inc. In the company, she is the writer, editor, and director. She also produced the show Burn the Floor for Broadway.
