1. He made his first theatrical film appearance by co-starring in the role of Jeremy “Scam” Henderson in the 1987 comedy adventure film, Big Shots, and this role got him nominated for the 1988 Young Artist Award for “Best Young Actor in a Motion Picture – Comedy”.
2. In December 1987, Darius McCrary made his TV show debut by playing the role of Darius Hughes in an episode titled The Twelve Songs of Christmas of the comedy sitcom, Amen.
